We want you to love your ALVIA purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or report an issue.
Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

All ALVIA soaps and skincare products are final sale for hygiene reasons.

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund within the 7-day window.

Please include photos of the issue when contacting our support team.
Return Process

Email us at Team@alviaskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with return instructions and the shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right immediately with a replacement or refund.
