How long does shipping take?

Orders leave our ALVIA Fulfillment Center within 1–2 business days.

  • U.S. Standard Shipping (Ground Advantage): 3–5 business days

  • U.S. Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

  • Free Shipping: Orders $25 and up (5–8 business days)

  • International Shipping (DHL or USPS): 7–12 business days


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS International, with delivery times depending on your country’s customs processing.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be updated or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are already being processed and cannot be changed.


What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Team@alviaskincare.com and include photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund right away.


Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All ALVIA soaps and skincare products are final sale for hygiene reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund within 7 days of delivery.


Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Options:

  • Free Shipping (5–8 business days): Orders $25 and up

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: available at checkout

International Shipping:

We offer DHL Express and USPS International with 7–12 business day delivery times, depending on location and customs clearance.

Tracking Information:

A tracking link will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Delays:

Carrier or customs delays are outside our control, but our support team will assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.


Return & Refund Policy

Return Window:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or report an issue.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • All ALVIA soaps and skincare products are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the issue when contacting our team.

Return Process:

  1. Email Team@alviaskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the warehouse address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll immediately arrange a replacement or refund.
